What your new challenge will look like As a Sales Development Representative you will generate high quality leads and work closely with Sales Managers and Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further conversion. Why you belong at 4flow Graduated in Business Administration, International Relations, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields; Previous experience as an SDR is mandatory; Fluent/Advanced English skills in writing and speaking; Detail-oriented and organized individual with a focus on detailed processes; Must be able to engage with customers (Managers/ C-level) using assertive communication; Excel and PowerPoint knowledge; Fluent/Advanced German or other languages are not mandatory but would be advantageous; Availability to work in a hybrid model at our Campinas office.
