Your Role at Cabot Join our Data Management team and play a key role in keeping Cabot's business operations running smoothly across the EMEA region. In this role, you will help ensure the accuracy of critical business data, pricing, invoicing, and rebate processes that support our customers and internal teams every day. You will work in a collaborative international environment where accuracy, problem-solving, and continuous improvement directly contribute to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. How You Will Make an Impact Maintain pricing, rebate, commission, and master data records in company systems. Generate and distribute accurate customer invoices and credit notes for the EMEA region. Monitor and resolve pricing and cost-related order issues. Support pricing approvals, internal controls, and compliance processes. Calculate and communicate monthly commission information. Create and maintain customer, supplier, employee, and product master data. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Purchasing, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues. Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives. What You Will Bring to Cabot Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage priorities and work effectively. Problem-solving mindset. Good collaboration skills. Curiosity to learn new systems and processes. Good English and computer skills, including MS Excel. Experience with ERP systems or operational/administrative processes is an advantage. Additional Information Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30. Permanent contract. Monthly allowance and yearly bonus. Health insurance from first day of work. Hybrid work schedule (3 days on site and 2 days work from home) Salary: 1350 - 1800 EUR Gross. The final salary offer will depend on the candidate's previous experience and qualifications.
