Verify third-party certificates, operator licenses, and equipment documentation prior to site mobilization. Maintain an up-to-date inspection register for all equipment deployed at site. Identify defects, unsafe conditions, and non-compliance issues, and immediately report them to HSE and Construction teams. Recommend removal from service of any defective or uncertified equipment. Participate in incident investigations related to equipment failure or lifting operations. Support audits and client inspections by ensuring equipment records are readily available. Monitor subcontractor compliance with lifting procedures and project safety requirements. Promote Stop Work Authority when unsafe equipment conditions are identified. Education Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent .
