Requirements

• Education: Master degree
• Strong background in product management
• Experience in using tools and methods to optimise the product development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate product vision and value proposition to internal and external audiences.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Customer-centric and problem-solving approach to identify customer pain points and deliver solutions.

• English is highly desirable for this position due to interactions with cross borders stakeholders.
• Experience with Payments and funds trasnfers is a must (Banxico, Cecoban and Swift)

Create and update product backlog in JIRA and prepare reports on product metrics that provide optimisation. Strategise on how to increase productivity, quality, and speed of product teams. Implement solutions that enhance collaboration, communication, and alignment across product teams.
