Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries about banking products and services in both Danish and English. Utilize your sales skills to identify customer needs and recommend tailored financial solutions. Assist clients with account openings, transactions, and general inquiries related to banking services. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed company sales goals. Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions to ensure high satisfaction levels. Accurately document all interactions and transactions in our systems. Stay updated on banking regulations and company products to provide precise information. Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English ; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus. A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a banking or sales environment. Proven ability to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experiences. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a dynamic new environment. Career growth opportunities in a renowned global bank.
