This role reports to GBS P&O Manager based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery Management
  • Coordinate the workload across the team.
  • Assist the team in delivering timely services and resolving complex issues.
  • Enhance service delivery by leveraging AI tools and automation.
  • Maintain and continuously improve knowledge management practices, including content supporting Workday usage and HR AI solutions
  • Continuous Improvement and Digital Savviness
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across P&O processes, leveraging Workday capabilities, AI, and automation to enhance efficiency and user experience
  • Act as a key partner between P&O, IT, and HRIS teams to optimize and evolve Workday solutions (e.g., Core HCM, workflows, self-service, reporting)
  • Monitor and analyze service performance using KPIs and dashboards, translating insights into actionable improvements and digital solutions
  • People Management
  • Lead the Team through organizational and operational changes balancing the right placement of their talent with business needs,
  • Support direct reports in overcoming daily challenges related to processes, systems, and collaboration.
  • Create an atmosphere of psychological safety and a relationship based on trust and respect.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Build strong relationships with Global Process Owners and local P&O teams, acting as a trusted advisor in driving digital HR transformation
  • Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Excellence, or global HR service environments, with strong exposure to Workday and digital HR transformations
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements leveraging Workday capabilities, AI, and automation in close collaboration with IT and HRIS teams
  • Strong analytical skills, including KPI tracking, dashboarding, and using Workday data to generate actionable insights
  • Experience in leading teams through organizational and system-driven changes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and psychological safety
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with Global Process Owners, HR teams, and HRIS;
