Senior Business Analyst - 12 months contract We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead digital transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms including CRM, ERP, loyalty, and financial systems. This role will bridge business needs and technology solutions, driving end-to-end delivery in Agile environments while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Business Analysis & Requirements Management Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements, translating them into clear user stories and functional specifications Develop current-state and future-state process maps to support transformation initiatives Ensure traceability from requirements through to delivery and validation Stakeholder Engagement Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors Facilitate workshops to align business objectives and solution design Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner Delivery & Agile Execution Support Agile delivery frameworks, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and stand-ups Manage priorities to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of initiatives Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to drive execution efficiency System Implementation & Integration Lead or support implementation of enterprise platforms such as CRM (Salesforce), ERP (SAP), and loyalty systems Collaborate on API integrations and system migrations from legacy to modern architectures Ensure scalability and alignment with enterprise architecture standards Testing & Quality Assurance Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles including planning, execution, and defect management Ensure production readiness and minimize post-release issues Drive continuous improvement in testing practices Change Management & Training Support change enablement initiatives to drive adoption of new systems and processes Deliver training and documentation to end users Promote best practices and process standardization across teams
