Contract manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for PUB for all administrative matters relating to the contract
• Oversee contract compliance, billing submissions, progress claims, and monthly reporting
• Attend all PUB meetings, briefings, and public engagement sessions on behalf of IET
• Manage all sub-contractors and suppliers engaged under the contract
• Ensure all manpower, equipment, and resources are deployed in accordance with the contract specifications
• Monitor and report on contract KPIs, work schedules, and operational performance
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on resource planning, escalations, and issue resolution
• Maintain all contract documentation and correspondence files

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline from a local institution or recognised equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in project or contract management (sewer, civil, or infrastructure sector preferred)
• Computer literate (MS Office, email, reporting tools)
• Must be contactable 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
