Responsibilities

  • Strategy Execution Oversight
  • Accountable for the end-to-end execution performance of CMB strategic priorities, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes (revenue, market share, NPS, NIAT).

  • Define and operationalize the CMB Insighting Framework, covering: Market, customer, and commercial performance
  • Initiative-level impact tracking
  • Leading and lagging KPI systems
  • Build and manage business dashboards and scorecards to provide real-time visibility on: Strategy execution performance
  • Revenue and growth drivers
  • Customer and campaign outcomes
  • Drive performance diagnosis and insight generation: Identify growth drivers, risks, and inefficiencies
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on performance gaps
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Synthesize commercial, customer and operational insights into actionable recommendations for CMB leadership: Ensure leadership teams have timely visibility on business risks, growth opportunities, and execution implications.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the CMB Leadership Team, using data and structured analysis to: Validate business cases and strategic initiatives
  • Support scenario modeling, forecasting, and trade-off decisions
