- Anticipate and plan proactively for needed changes based on trends, regulatory shifts, evidence-based research, and data analytics across all three therapy disciplines.
- Coordinate and execute therapy-based initiatives designed for the overall betterment of service provision across Pediatrics Plus.
- Lead therapy programming expansion as new sites and states are onboarded, providing clinical infrastructure, leadership, and discipline-specific guidance in partnership with the Senior VP and forward/integration teams.
- Collaborate with Senior VP, VP roles, and the forward team to initiate and complete the transition of new sites and programs into the therapy operational structure.
- Research and report on emerging evidence-based practices, enhancements, and new programs available to families served across OT, PT, and SLP, and evaluates their integration into the Pediatrics Plus model.
- Hold full budget ownership for the therapy clinical line - encompassing OT, PT, and SLP - and budget forecasting.
- Make and evaluate decisions with a clear understanding of their financial impact on the therapy line and the broader organization.
- Partner with finance and operations to develop annual budgets.
- Oversee and ensure the clinical quality, fidelity, and outcomes of OT, PT, and SLP programming across all sites through systems of quality assurance, site visits, individual coaching, and Director-led feedback loops.
- Monitor therapy programming for best practices and measurable outcomes, ensuring that supervision and service delivery meet discipline-specific professional standards and state licensure requirements.
