Gym Personnel

Requirements

• At least 1 year of gym management experience
• Holds a valid Basic Exercise Course (BEC) certificate or equivalent recognised by the National Registry of Exercise Professionals (NREP)
• Valid First Aid / CPR / AED certification
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills

Additional Information

We are looking for a passionate and safety-conscious Gym Personnel to manage the day-to-day operations of the Student Gym. You will be the face of the gym, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for students and staff. Open and close the Student Gym punctually, and ensure all equipment and lights are off at closing Supervise gym users, enforce rules and regulations, and promote safe behaviour Conduct gym orientation and pre/post-training safety briefings for new users Guide the correct and safe use of gym equipment Clean and tidy all equipment and studio areas daily Report damaged equipment promptly and display "Not in Use" notices Respond to incidents, render first aid, and follow emergency protocols Submit daily service chits and incident reports Maintain a professional, neatly attired appearance at all times Operating hours Mon-Fri 8 am-9 pm
