Salon Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the salon.
• Ensure smooth scheduling of appointments and staff rosters.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as required.
• Customer Service
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
• Staff Management
• Supervise, train, and motivate salon employees.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Ensure employees comply with salon policies and procedures.
• Sales & Business Development
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Promote salon services, packages, and retail products.
• Develop marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor business performance and prepare management reports.
• Financial Administration
• Handle daily cash reconciliation and sales reporting.
• Monitor expenses and assist with budgeting.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of transactions and customer information.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in salon, beauty, spa, or retail management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
• Familiarity with salon booking systems and social media marketing is an advantage.
• Mandatory language- English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Tamil.
• Working Hours
• 6-day work week, including weekends and public holidays as required. 9 am to 10 pm
