Department Manager - Repair & Maintenance

About the role

Ensure and check timely execution of obligations of contractors with sufficient level of quality. Provide immediate response to contractors in relation to poor quality of services. Ensure presence of necessary spare parts for maintenance works. Acceptance of work performance by contractors and signing of acceptance acts / Service Entry Sheets. Make regular building inspections and provide information about demand for new services in a timely manner; Monitoring and implementing of local building code requirements for the property e.g. CDA Implementation and maintenance of fire safety and industrial safety procedures in the store. Review of energy management information and appropriate action to minimize energy consumption. Preparation of all energy management reports. Ensure presence of engineering documentation necessary for normal building operations, all service contracts and documents necessary for state inspections Bachelors or Intermediate with 6 years of experience.
