📍Work Location: Island-wide stores (Store allocation can be discussed based on preference) 💰Salary: Up to $3,600 with Incentives 📅5-Day Work Week ⏰ Working Hours 44-hour work week on a rotating roster: Opening Shift: 10:45 AM - 8:45 PM Full Shift: 11:00 AM - 10:00 PM (2-hour break) Closing Shift: 12:00 PM - 11:00 PM Must be comfortable working on weekends and public holidays. 🛍️ Job Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and deliver a positive shopping experience. Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear, frames, and optical products. Explain product features, promotions, and recommendations based on customer needs. Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective product knowledge and customer engagement. Handle cashiering duties and process transactions accurately. Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness. Support inventory checks and ensure products are displayed according to company standards. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. ✅ Requirements Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Service-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
