Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5 years of Workday Analyst experience with at least 3 years of focused experience in the Workday Payroll module.
- A strong emphasis and technical understanding of Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules preferably in a mid to large-sized organization in the health care space.
- In-depth understanding of payroll processing, taxation, retro pay, and payroll compliance.
- Strong knowledge of US Payroll laws and tax regulations.
- Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
- Working knowledge of Workday integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio) preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience using issue and project tracking tools (ex. JIRA, etc.)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical support skills.
