Responsibilities
- As a Business System Analysis Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling next-generation partner incentive platforms that align with Cisco's strategy and enable growth. In this role, you will:

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant Engineering field with strong Computer Science fundamentals and 12+ years of professional experience in designing and building applications.
- Hands-on experience with big data in Oracle and Snowflake.
- Experience with incentive management, including business processes, data, and architectural concepts related to partner compensation models.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or relevant Engineering field with strong Computer Science fundamentals and 10+ years of professional experience in designing and building applications.
- Experience with Varicent ICM and GenAI capabilities.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, tools, and their application in business analysis.
- Ability to interpret and validate AI-generated data and recommendations.
- Good understanding of N-Tier architecture concepts and their influence on build, development, and deployment.
- Validated experience in incubating, conceptualizing, planning, crafting, and leading ground-breaking projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Superb communication, organizational, and collaboration skills to thrive in a team-driven environment.
