Requirements

  • A seasoned procurement and sourcing professional with 5 to12 years of experience in strategic sourcing, vendor management, or procurement, preferably within financial services
  • Experienced in Market Data and/or IT software sourcing, with a solid understanding of licensing models (e.g. subscriptions, enterprise, SaaS) and vendor ecosystems
  • Proven track record in leading complex commercial negotiations and delivering measurable outcomes in cost optimisation, value realisation, and risk mitigation
  • Strong understanding of procurement governance, TPRM (including KYV), and contract management, with the ability to operate in a regulated environment and meet audit requirements
  • Effective in stakeholder management, with experience partnering senior stakeholders across Technology, Business, Risk, Finance, and Legal
  • Analytical and structured, able to translate spend, usage, and benchmarking data into actionable sourcing strategies and negotiation positions
  • Disciplined and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on governance, documentation, and defensible decision-making
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment across stakeholders
