Responsibilities

  • As a Commercial Business Analyst, you work in commercial analytics, using data and insights to support sales, marketing and e-commerce performance. This role covers our SEA Sales Market in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines and Vietnam.
  • You will:
  • Plan, quantify and drive execution of tactical activations in Sales Market, in collaboration with Continent Supply Planning (SP), within the budget and frame set by Global
  • Analyze sales, customer, and web performance data to generate insights that support commercial decisions
  • Monitor and follow up on business performance, identifying opportunities and driving actions together with Commercial teams
  • Conduct 360 analysis across customer, product, and channel performance (.com & app) to strengthen commercial strategies
  • Evaluate and provide insights on campaign effectiveness, conversion performance, and customer behaviour to improve results
  • Drive testing and optimization (e.g. A/B testing, segmentation, cohort analysis) to enhance customer experience and conversion
  • Ensure accurate data tracking, tagging, and reporting to support reliable insights and performance visibility
  • Collaborate with Commercial, E‑com, Experience, and Marketing teams to share insights and improve business outcomes
  • WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
  • You'll work closely with Commercial Leads, E‑com Leads, Experience teams, and Marketing teams-supporting decision-making and performance through data and insights.
  • This role will be reporting to the Commercial Manager.

Requirements

  • We are looking for people who...
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
  • Bring 2+ years of experience in commercial analytics, preferably in e‑commerce or fashion retail
  • Have strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Understand A/B testing, web tracking, and data analysis methodologies
  • Are analytical, structured, and confident working with data to generate insights
