Responsibilities

Requirements
- We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health, pharmacy, nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in medical governance, medical affairs, compliance or a related role in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Experience with risk management, audits, or corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Good collaboration skills with ability to work across functions and with external vendors.
- Soft skills such as leadership management, assertive communication and negotiation skills.
- Preferred Qualification
- If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Experience in Management Monitoring or Independent Business Monitoring activities.
- Familiarity with disclosure obligations and transfer of value reporting requirements.
- Track record of supporting audit or inspection readiness.
- Experience working with medical review or copy approval processes.
