Responsibilities
- Complete Integrated Assessments and Treatment Plans in alignment with Medicaid and rule 2060 requirements
- Make appropriate clinical recommendations for clients with mental health and addictions needs based on presenting symptoms.
- Assess and evaluate client needs, strengths, goals, and resources.
- Intervene, stabilize, and manage acute crisis situations.

- Consult with and back-up hotline and other volunteer services.
- Required:
- Master's degree in behavioral health
- Two years supervised clinical experience working in a behavioral health setting
- Licensed to practice independently
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counsellor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or APN, or Clinical Psychologist
- All NM, Ben Gordon Center (WR849) employees, at point of hire and annually, are required to have a valid State of Illinois driver's license, current auto liability insurance, and an annual driving abstract
