Responsibilities
- Design and prototype . Design and prototype AI-powered workflows leveraging platforms such as Claude, GPT, Make, Cursor, Power Automate, and no-code/low-code tools.
- Deploy and iterate . Deploy and iterate on AI solutions in close collaboration with operational team leads, ensuring adoption and measuring results (time saved, errors reduced, process improvements, level of accuracy, speed of execution).
- Document and communicate . Map target processes, write concise use case briefs (problem, solution, expected gain, effort), and report progress and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Build end-to-end . Own the full cycle from rough prototype to production-ready solution - configure AI agents, connect APIs, set up automations, test with real users, and fix what breaks until the workflow runs reliably.
- Maintain knowledge base . Help structure and maintain the internal knowledge base that powers AI assistants.
- Contribute to AI community . Participate in the AI transformation governance and contribute to the internal AI community: document learnings, share tips, present demos.
- Champion an AI-first mindset by promoting the use of AI tools and technologies in day-to-day operations, encouraging experimentation and adoption of AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, strengthen processes, and elevate service quality.
- Experience Level
- Final-year students (engineering or business school) looking for an end-of-studies internship (6 months minimum, with potential for permanent position).
- Core Qualities
- You love to build things. You've created bots, automations, scripts, or prototypes on your own initiative - not just as coursework.
- You are a pragmatic, creative thinker who learns quickly and identifies solutions when facing problems.
- You're comfortable with trial and error. You'd rather ship a rough v1 in 2 days than plan a perfect v1 for 2 months.
- You can talk to non-technical people. You'll work with operations managers, finance leads, and certification analysts - you need to understand their world and explain yours.
- Strong analytical skills: you can look at a process, identify what's broken or slow, and quantify the opportunity.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and fast-moving environment.
- A genuine enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications in operations, quality control, or client management; experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making is a strong plus
- Languages
- Fluent in English (required).
- French is a strong plus
- As part of the recruitment process, we will ask you to complete a practical exercise: build a simple AI agent that solves a real business problem we will describe to you.
