Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the on-site HR and Finance operations team (6 personnel)
- Attend monthly Performance Review meetings with Client
- Ensure 100% accuracy in all payroll and statutory submissions

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR and Payroll functions of similar nature
- Proven track record of successfully managing at least 1 project of similar nature
- Experience with both Workday and Excelity systems
- Experience with other HR systems (e.g., Times HR, SAP SuccessFactors) is an advantage
- Singapore public sector experience strongly preferred
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Professional HR certification (IHRP, SHRM) preferred
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Deep understanding of Singapore employment laws, CPF, and IRAS regulations
- Proficiency in Workday and Excelity systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Other Requirements:
- Must be based in Singapore with local office presence
- Available for on-site work at Client premises during business hours.
- Compensation Package - Monthly Basic Salary:
- SGD $6,500 - SGD $11,500
