Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support CHAGEE's business goals and growth objectives across the APAC region.

- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with regional leadership, country management teams, HQ finance teams, external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Financial Analysis: Provide financial analysis, business insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making, business planning, and performance improvement.
- Role Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, tax, treasury, and financial regulations across APAC markets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
- High degree of professional ethics, integrity, ownership, and accountability.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and complex financial matters in a fast-paced regional environment.
- Experience leading finance operations across multiple APAC markets, preferably within a high-growth consumer, retail, F&B, or multi-market business.
- Strong understanding of regional finance governance, internal controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Established network within the finance, banking, audit, tax, and regulatory sectors across the region would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a senior regional finance role, with the ability to build, guide, and develop high-performing finance teams.
