- Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Engineering, Aviation Management, or Finance.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial aviation technical sales, MRO commercial management, or aircraft leasing.
- Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar international commercial deals, cross-border asset transfers, and global portfolios.
- Deep technical knowledge of commercial aircraft platforms (Boeing, Airbus) and global aviation regulatory authorities (FAA, EASA, etc.).
