Develops course modules on flood routing, instrumentation data interpretation, and operational safety procedures. Coordinates hydrologic aspects of field training. Translates hydrology into operational decisions-levels, inflows, and safe releases operators manage daily. Teach reservoir operations basics, inflow/outflow monitoring, flood routing concepts; develop practical gate operation scenarios for classroom; advise on instrumentation readings related to hydrology.
