- Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
- Support payroll and HR operational compliance.
- Leave of Absence & Workers' Compensation
- Manage LOA programs (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, Workers' Compensation), including tracking, documentation, and communication.
- Oversee workers' compensation claims administration and return‑to‑work programs.
- Ensure OSHA compliance and manage reporting requirements (including OSHA 300 logs).
- Support audits and annual reporting, including salary forecasting by class code.
- Benefits & Retirement Administration
- Support benefits enrollment, life event changes, and open enrollment processes.
- Maintain accurate HRIS data and coordinate with benefit carriers.
- Reconcile benefit invoices and resolve discrepancies.
- Administer 401(k) plans, including employee inquiries and annual reporting.
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Partner with EH&S teams to promote a culture of safety and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in safety committees and maintain compliance training records.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, Texas regulations).

- Identify training needs and recommend development programs.

- Certifications (Preferred)
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP.
