- Assist existing customers with troubleshooting, basic technical support, or product calibration queries.
- Handle cash/cashless transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and process product warranties or exchanges efficiently.
- Inventory & Operations
- Monitor stock levels on the retail floor and assist in replenishing inventory from the store stockroom.
- Participate in regular stock takes, inventory audits, and ensure all display units are fully charged, functional, and clean.
- Provide feedback from customers to the management team regarding product demand, common queries, or potential areas for improvement.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of retail sales, hospitality, or customer service experience. Experience in health supplements, consumer electronics, or beauty/wellness retail is a major advantage.
- Tech Savviness: Comfortable learning, operating, and explaining mobile apps and health-tech hardware to customers of varying tech backgrounds (especially the elderly).
