Salary is $85K + 2% profit share for the region (profit share paid quarterly). Benefits, PTO, Mileage reimbursement. Full time, daytime shift. Purpose: The (Regional) Director of Operations for Stepping Stone oversees the day to day functioning of the region assigned, providing insight and direction on all day to day activities. The RDO ensures Stepping Stone maintains targeted goals, remains on budget, and grows nationally while remaining strong locally. This role takes on responsibility for the success of the program and is available outside of regular business hours to ensure success of the team. The Regional Director of Operations maintains and demonstrates the upmost clinical and leadership integrity in day to day communications and actions. Job Responsibilities: As the Regional Director of Operations, you will: Assist in Developing and execute strategic initiatives to achieve goals related to the successful operation of the overall strategic plan of the Stepping Stone program. Oversee day to day responsibilities of clinical staff. Oversee daily operations for Stepping Stone by traveling to all facilities assigned to region. Track and report all productivity trends for your region. Complete weekly RDO reports for assigned region. Provide overview and supervision of JCAHO survey preparedness / CARF, state licensure surveys, as necessary. Assist with developing and leading SUD, TBS and co-occurring groups at various locations for the purpose of providing supervision and training Act as primary clinician in the event of a call off or open position to ensure clients still receive services. Assist with opening & overseeing new SUD PHP programs at various locations within your region. Recognize and develop top talent throughout the service line with a focus on succession planning and leadership development; Recruit and train new staff, assist with onboarding Support Clinical Director and Clinicians to assure consistent clinical content across program locations for outpatient programs Provide clinical supervision to team as needed per policy. Assist business development team with new program development ideas, meeting with community partners and SNF team training Ensure employee charts are kept and up to date, including yearly clinical competencies for staff. Attend weekly billing calls to look for reimbursement trends, improve reimbursement rates Assist counselors with note completion when needed, to ensure month end billing closes on time Directly oversee Telehealth clinical program and chart review, weekly supervision and direction within your region for tele health services. Assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining a yearly budget; Implements controls for the effective and efficient utilization of physical and financial resources and monitors a system of accountability for the budget of the facility. Support internship program as needed; provide direct supervision and assign weekly tasks to interns from various Bachelor and Masters Programs Write and deliver 30/60/90-day reviews, yearly annual reviews and assist with issuing to various team members; assist with corrective actions as needed. Assist all SUD and MH licensee holders with obtaining higher licensures as applicable Communicate with SNF leaders and administrators to ensure consistent referrals and problem solve in real time Ensure clinicians meet and stay at productivity, develop corrective action plans for clinicians who are not meeting targeted goals Oversee contingency supply orders, and ensure clinicians have needed supplies and remain on budget each quarter Attend and lead treatment team meetings on a regular basis. Assist DCS/ADCS with regular chart audits, chart compliance; complete monthly QUAPI data/reports Ensure and monitor group hour compliance for both PHP and IOP, and ensure the team meets targeted goals on an upward path Train and implement the Stepping Stone program inside of new SNF Lead weekly regional and/or growth meetings Develop Stepping Stone Counselor employee manual, how-to ; Develop Stepping Stone SNF partner manual Manage regions contingency management supplies, orders and delivery. Organize and send in all credit card receipts monthly for credit card reconciliation. OTHER POSITION REQUIREMENTS Work environment: May work beyond normal working hours, on weekends and holidays, and in other positions temporarily, when necessary. May be exposed to infectious waste, diseases, conditions, etc. Is subject to falls, burns from equipment, odors, etc. throughout the workday. Is subject to frequent interruptions.
