Procurement Services Representative - Global Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Transactional Procurement Execution - Perform daily P2P (procure-to-pay) activities including requisition processing, purchase order entry and edits, item maintenance, and resolution of match exceptions
• Relationship Management - Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely issue resolution and service excellence.
• Effective Communication - Communicate clearly and professionally with peers, internal stakeholders, and suppliers. Use written and verbal communication to share updates, ask questions, and ensure understanding of basic procurement processes.
• Documentation & Data Maintenance - Maintain procurement documentation and ensure data accuracy in ERP and procurement systems.
• Team Collaboration - Partner with colleagues, suppliers, and other departments to ensure purchasing accuracy and service quality.
• Required Qualifications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc)

Requirements

• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc)
• Interest in emerging tools like AI platforms (e.g., Copilot, GPT) Key Skills:
