Your responsibilities include: Develop concept design into schematic designs Design development that would include detailed drawings and specifications for contractors to follow for construction purposes Lead tendering and bidding processes Lead site inspection and authority clearances Oversee design development and project management from start to handover, including compliance with local codes/ regulations, tender preparation and contract administration Manage client/ consultant stakeholders, conduct project & site meetings to drive project progress and resolve issues Assist the Team Leader with job bids and client relationship management
