Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Occupational Therapist to join its client's Community Team at Chy Trevail, Bodmin. This role within a busy Adult Social Care service in Cornwall offers the opportunity to support individuals to remain independent and safe within their communities.
What will your responsibilities be?
Carry out functional assessments, reviews, and care planning
Complete moving & handling assessments and provide interventions
Recommend specialist equipment, seating, and home adaptations (minor & major)
Promote independence through strengths-based, person-centred practice
Work collaboratively with health, housing, and partner agencies
