Closing Date: Friday 10th July 2026 Fueled by bold ambition The Health, Safety & Security Manager will lead the monitoring and inspection of compliance with applicable Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) legislation across facility operations, including Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements. Oversee site security arrangements relating to physical access to company property, including access control and visitor management. Partner with Facilities, Operations, People & Culture (P&C), IT, and external agencies to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and effective physical security measures, minimizing operational risk, protecting company assets, and supporting business continuity. Promote a proactive culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization. Lead the monitoring and inspection of compliance with applicable health and safety across facility operations Monitor and inspect compliance with OSHA regulations, and other relevant health and safety legislative requirements Conduct routine facility inspections, safety audits, hazard assessments to monitor and inspect compliance with applicable health and safety legislation Carry out reviews relating to physical access security arrangements at the property Review incidents and inspection findings to identify compliance issues, record findings and monitor follow up action Maintain records relating to inspections, monitoring activities, findings, and health and safety compliance reporting requirements including OSHA logs Monitor, review, and report on emergency drills and preparedness exercises where relevant to legislative health and safety compliance Monitor and review site security arrangements relating to physical access to the property, including badge access, visitor access, and perimeter cameras Partner with IT and Facilities teams to manage physical access security arrangements infrastructure and protocols Monitor contractor and vendor compliance with applicable health and safety requirements and physical access requirements Provide input to health and safety communications or training where this supports compliance monitoring and inspection activity Track and report inspection findings, compliance issues, corrective actions, and related trends Identify recurring compliance themes and recommend improvements arising from monitoring and inspection activity Act as point of contact for matters arising from health and safety compliance monitoring and physical access reviews Support compliance-related follow-up arising from incidents or emergency events where required What do we need from you? Proven experience in Health & Safety, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Security Management, or Facilities Safety roles within manufacturing, motorsports, industrial, or technical environments Strong working knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA requirements, NFPA standards, and workplace safety best practices in the United States Experience managing physical security operations including access control, visitor management, and incident investigations Experience conducting safety audits, risk assessments, emergency response planning, and root cause investigations. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills Experience developing and delivering safety training programs Proficiency with incident tracking systems, reporting platforms, and Microsoft Office applications Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Security Management, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred OSHA 30 certification required; CSP, CHST, ASP, CPP, or similar certifications preferred A team like no other.
