This is a leadership role for someone who can drive revenue, develop teams, and manage portfolio performance, all while delivering an excellent customer experience. What You'll Get Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (based on experience) Total Compensation: $100,000 potential Monthly Bonus / Incentive Plan Full benefits package & paid time off Ongoing training, tools, and leadership support Career advancement opportunities Established national company (37+ years, 24 states) What You'll Do Oversee underwriting decisions and portfolio health Monitor and improve delinquency and charge-offs Forecast performance metrics Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention Maintain compliance with company policies and standards What We're Looking For Consumerfinance/collections leadership experience Subprime lending experience is a plus Proven ability to lead teams and hit performance targets Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills Customer-focused mindset Valid driver's license Schedule No Sundays 42-48 hours per week Store Hours: 9AM-7PM (Mon-Fri), 9AM-4PM (Saturday) Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance
