As an already accomplished Senior Piping Designer / Piping BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and coordinating detailed 3D piping models for infrastructure and pumping station projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, BIM standards, and multidisciplinary coordination requirements. BIM Modelling & Design: Handle piping BIM modelling activities from project beginning until final delivery stage. Develop detailed 3D piping models using Revit and ensure clash-free coordination with all disciplines. Strong experience in Pumping Station projects including process piping, utility piping, drainage, and associated systems. Prepare piping layouts, sections, schedules, coordinated drawings, and BIM deliverables based on project requirements. Coordinate with Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, and Architectural disciplines to achieve fully coordinated models. Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks, ACC, Revizto, or similar platforms. Support design and engineering activities during FEED and Detailed Design stages. Ensure all models and deliverables comply with project BIM standards, procedures, and client requirements. Update models and drawings based on design revisions, technical comments, and coordination requirements. Support extraction of quantities, schedules, and BIM deliverables from the model. Monitor project progress, manage model updates, and ensure timely submission of deliverables. Maintain proper documentation, model revisions, clash reports, and coordination records throughout the project lifecycle. Assist Lead Piping Engineer / Lead Designer in resolving technical and coordination issues. Guide and support junior BIM modelers/designers when required Capable of handling projects independently and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. Collaborate with Engineers, BIM Coordinators, and Design Leads to ensure timely project delivery. Participate in BIM coordination meetings, model reviews, and technical discussions. Coordinate with BIM teams to prepare and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings. Maintain accurate records of model updates, clash reports, and project correspondence. Must hold Mechanical Engineering degree or similar discipline Revit modeling and drawing production is must Plant 3D modeling is highly desirable Navisworks, Revizto, ACC (Forma) experience is must
