Job Summary As a Remote Registration Clerk, you will be responsible for registering new patients, verifying information, maintaining accurate records, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to work efficiently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Register new patients and accurately enter demographic and insurance information. Verify and update patient records while maintaining confidentiality. Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments. Answer incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries professionally. Assist patients with registration forms and general questions. Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation. Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations. Perform general administrative and data entry tasks. Comply with company policies and applicable privacy regulations. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in registration, administrative support, or customer service preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and electronic record systems. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office.
