Requirements

Additional Information

Identifies new business opportunities in offshore substation projects, including HVAC and HVDC solutions. Conduct market analysis including industry trends, competitor benchmarking, and upcoming project tracking. Develops and implements regional and global market entry and growth strategies. Builds and maintains strong relationships with offshore wind developers, utilities, transmission operators, and key business partners such as OEMs, fabricators, and installation contractors. Acts as the primary commercial interface with clients during early project development stages prior to ITT or RFP issuance. Tracks upcoming tenders and project pipelines to support business growth planning. Qualifies leads and aligns business opportunities with company capabilities and strategic objectives. Maintains CRM systems and prepares pipeline and market reports for management review. Defines value propositions for offshore substation and related energy solutions. Supports pre-tender activities, including budgetary proposals, concept studies, early contractor involvement (ECI), RFIs, and EOIs. Collaborates with tender teams to shape competitive and winning bid strategies. Interfaces with engineering, tendering, and project execution teams to ensure alignment between market demand and technical solutions. Represents the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen market presence. Prepares marketing materials, presentations, and capability statements. Strengthens brand positioning for Seatrium Energy (Fixed Platforms) solutions, including offshore substations (HVAC/HVDC), WTG foundation solutions, and related offerings. Evaluates and establishes strategic partnerships, consortiums, and joint ventures for large EPCI projects. Supports JV negotiations and the development of teaming and consortium agreements.
