Responsibilities

- Serve as a trusted delivery leader across complex client engagements
- Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders
- Lead engagement planning, delivery strategy, and execution oversight
- Establish delivery rhythm and create structure across evolving workstreams
- Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and priorities clearly across teams
- Identify and proactively address delivery risks and obstacles
- Create alignment across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Drive accountability while helping teams navigate ambiguity and change

Requirements
- Required Experience
- 7+ years of experience leading technical delivery, consulting engagements, or complex technology initiatives
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud and data initiatives
- Hands-on experience delivering solutions leveraging Databricks is required
- Experience leading Databricks initiatives including modern data platforms, analytics ecosystems, cloud-native architectures, or data transformation solutions
- Experience partnering closely with architects, engineers, and technical teams
- Strong experience within consulting or professional services environments
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent workstreams
- Proven ability to drive delivery across evolving priorities and ambiguous environments
- Strong experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
- Preferred Experience
- Experience with Snowflake, Azure, AI/ML initiatives, or modern cloud ecosystems
- Scrum certifications or Agile leadership experience
