To join us in this mission, we are looking for a talented AI native fresh graduate to come and work with us on the most important challenges of privacy in a technology enabled consumer first organization. Working with us will be like working with health, HR, procurement and engineering teams to understand the privacy implications of their work. From assisting with Privacy Impact Assessments to creating data flow diagrams, you will be supporting to create innovative solutions to complex business issues. Term - 12 months (extendable) Privacy Trainee As a Trainee with the Group Information Security & Privacy, your typical week might include the following Support Business Contract Owners to complete the Privacy Impact Assessments. Conduct thorough research on Privacy and AI Regulations using AI tools efficiently. Collaborate with various teams to understand their requirements on data retention, create data dictionaries and data flow diagrams. To review existing contracts for mandatory privacy clauses including but not limited to IRDAI Privacy and cybersecurity clauses. Assist Privacy Team to review various AI use cases through research. Help drive awareness and community initiatives within Prudential. Minimum Qualification: Graduate degree in computers, LL.B., or equivalent degree from a recognized college. Prior internship experience in in-house or at a firm with privacy and cybersecurity as a specialization. Working knowledge of prominent AI tools is a must. Ability to use MS Office Suite effectively. Excellent research capabilities and communication skills. Preferred qualities: Curiosity about technology, law and cybersecurity. Curiosity or working knowledge of AI tools to create awareness posters, training videos etc. Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
