About the role
You will provide efficient, consistent, and accurate administration across the full employee lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Administering position management, appointment variations, secondments and terminations within HR systems. About You You are a detail-oriented professional with a genuine interest in HR operations and a track record of delivering accurate, timely work in a fast-paced environment. Selection Criteria: Demonstrated experience in HR administration or people services, including processing transactions across the employee lifecycle. Sound knowledge of, or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of, enterprise agreements, modern awards, and relevant employment legislation. Proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail when managing data and documentation. Experience using HR information systems (e.g., Workday, Ascender or similar HRIS platforms) and proficiency in standard office software. Well-developed communication skills with the ability to respond to enquiries professionally and in a timely manner. Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to standardisation initiatives. Capacity to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively both within a team and with minimal supervision.
