As the Healthcare Consulting Director in Clinical Enterprise - Case Management, you will: Lead and direct teams in complex performance improvement engagements, managing budgets, invoicing, and billing while ensuring successful client outcomes. Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to quantify benefits, identify risks, and develop solutions for performance improvement initiatives. Communicate effectively to understand client challenges, create customized solutions, and manage client expectations, delivering impactful presentations and proposals. Build strong relationships and lead change processes, demonstrating expertise in change management and influencing positive change in complex environments. Lead and develop teams, including role definition, team building, coaching, mentoring, and performance management, while identifying business development opportunities.
