Preparation of detailed overhead performance analysis for the group's central functions with supporting commentary Balance Sheet accounting, including producing comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations Ownership of the UK Velos process & PAYE Settlement Agreement submission; including correct P&L allocation; utilisation of Klippa to audit expenses and full creditors reconciliation Continuous improvement of systems and processes to ensure strong controls and efficiencies Introduction to business partnering with non-finance colleagues to gain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of cost drivers within your remit Assist the Head of Finance with the group overheads 5-year strategic plan Assist with audits, corporate tax returns and statutory account queries Proactively engage with projects as and when required, providing a strong base for the continued rapid growth of the business Excel skills - ability to manipulate large data sets Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience of fostering strong working relationships within the finance team and across the organisation.
