Your Role at Cabot As a Finance & Business Analytics Senior Manager, you will provide strategic financial and analytical support to the Global Business Services (GBS) organization. You will play a key role in financial planning, performance management, and deliver data-driven insights that support decision-making across GBS, Procurement, and Supply Chain. You will also lead a team of analysts and drive continuous improvement in reporting, analytics, and data processes. How You Will Make an Impact Finance Business Partnering (GBS) Partner with GBS leadership to support financial planning and performance tracking Lead key financial processes, including: Budget development Forecasting and variance analysis Spend tracking (headcount, travel, contractors, recharges) Cost control and gap closure initiatives Prepare and support Operations Reviews, including data, analysis, and messaging Provide regular financial insights and updates to key stakeholders Identify cost drivers and support delivery of financial targets Analytics & Insights Lead delivery of analytics across GBS functions. Manage and develop a high-performing team of analysts. Translate complex data into actionable insights to support business decisions. Provide Procurement analytics, including: Cost and variance analysis Savings tracking (actual vs. forecast) Supplier performance insights Support Supply Chain analytics, including: Freight and logistics cost tracking Warehouse cost analysis Contract analysis (e.g., ocean freight rates) Data & Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools. Improve data accuracy, accessibility, and usability. Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline processes, including the use of digital tools and AI. Collaborate with Digital teams on data integration and system improvements. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Build strong partnerships across GBS, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance. Ensure alignment between analytics outputs and business needs. What You Bring to Cabot Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus. Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner. 7-10 years of experience in finance, analytics, or related roles. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., JDE) is an advantage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. Proven ability to influence decision-making and drive business outcomes. Proactive mindset with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Experience in process improvement, automation, and reporting optimization. Solid understanding of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Curiosity and willingness to challenge the status quo. Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix organization. Fluency in English. Additional Information: Permanent contract. Working hours: 10:00 - 18:30. Health insurance from first day of work. Monthly allowance & yearly bonus. Hybrid work schedule (3 days on site and 2 days' work from home). Salary: 4050 - 5800 EUR Gross. The final salary offer will depend on the candidate's previous experience and qualifications.
