Requirements

- Excellent, proven organizational skills, including strong attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with client-facing responsibilities and with giving client presentations
- Knowledge of contracts and managing a SOW, along with scope creation and management
- Ability to leverage business experience / acumen to identify new business and marketing opportunities
- Strong listening and superior relationship building skills
- Experience leading teams is a plus
- The annual salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.

Job Description: We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join our busy team working on a major retail client. The Senior Account Manager role is a key player in our team and will be the main contact for the client, other agencies, and internally within Merkle. The Senior Account Manager will maintain client satisfaction by ensuring exceptional service and creating value for clients leveraging strong account management and interpersonal skills. The Senior Account Manager is ultimately responsible for the day-to-day execution of our clients' marketing strategies.
