*Urgent* Logistics Manager ($7000-$8000) #NJE

About the role

Manage external forwarders, transporters and Customs brokers, and coordinate with the manufacturing plants to ensure smooth logistics flow of FGs (Finished Goods) to all customers under Incoterms such as DDP, DAP, CIF, FOB, etc Support the Corporate PLC / Procurement Director in achieving yearly cost savings and freight cost reductions. Follow up with the Corporate (VGT) Big Project Team on the design and construction/renovation of existing and new warehouses, loading bays, racking and storage systems Follow up on the implementation of WMS and Logistics systems via EDI Work with forwarders on Customs clearance, tariffs and VAT matters to support the businesses. Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor / Superiors. Travel Frequent travel is required (approximately 30%-50% of the time) to all manufacturing sites for audits and reviews of warehouse security and logistics process flows to support the businesses.
