Responsibilities

- Who we're looking for
- We're looking for someone ready to Own a high-impact project and grow along with the business:
- Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Animal Science, or a related field with an average of 3-5 years of experience
- Strong commercial mindset and interest in sales/business development
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a developing and unstructured market environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in English as well as other local languages (Twi & Ga).
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Ghana
- Valid driver's license (required for frequent field visits)
