You will be given the opportunity to lead and assist in Occupational Hygiene and Hazardous Materials assessments and projects and work alongside the Practice Manager as well as the other multidisciplinary local supports. Job Tasks and Responsibilities Work with clients to recognise, assess and control occupational health hazards to protect worker health Work with other SLR regions and disciplines on collaborative projects and submissions Identify specific regional marketing opportunities and business development opportunities across a range of industries Support business development to ensure our business, teams, and people continue to grow, thrive, and achieve performance metrics. Ensuring efficient process around project management, utilisation and other measures of success in collaboration with the Technical Discipline Manager Consistently meet your own utilisation targets and deliverables, as well as supporting the team in this Manage projects, deliverables and client expectations Ensure day to day management of personal performance to help the Occupational Hygiene Discipline achieve key performance indicators Utilise your significant industry experience to mentor and develop staff of all levels within the team Undertaking technical and peer reviews of reports Establishing strong professional working relationships with clients and the team across SLR.
