This role performs detailed requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, solution configuration, testing, and documentation to support successful delivery of business and technology initiatives. The Senior Consultant exercises independent judgment, mentors team members, and contributes to high-quality client outcomes through analytical rigor, collaboration, and execution excellence. Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan's Key Results People: Create a positive team experience through collaboration, accountability, and professional conduct. Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior team members. Review work products for accuracy, completeness, and quality. Support cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and global counterparts. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Client: Interface directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, operational challenges, and system requirements. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs. Provide proactive status updates and maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles. Assist with data gathering, extraction, reconciliation, and analysis. Develop and deliver high-quality client documentation, reports, and presentations. Support resolution of client inquiries, technical questions, and service-related matters. Value: Analyze existing business and system processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Develop and document scalable business process and solution designs aligned to client objectives. Configure, implement, test, and support business and technology solutions based on defined requirements. Create, execute, and document testing scenarios to ensure solution quality and performance. Assist in development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Identify risks and escalate issues appropriately to support timely resolution. Contribute to operational excellence by delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality results. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in consulting, business analysis, technology implementation, process improvement, or related professional services environment. Demonstrated experience analyzing complex business processes and translating requirements into actionable solutions. Experience supporting project delivery, including documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft® Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications. Advanced Excel skills preferred, including data analysis, pivot tables, and reporting. Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Planner, Asana, ClickUp, or similar). Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business systems. Experience with data analytics, automation, or reporting tools preferred. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business and technology platforms. Certificates and Licenses: Valid driver's license required. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment: Standard indoor working environment. Long periods of sitting while working at computer. Position requires regular interaction with employees at all levels of the Firm and vendors both in-person and via e-mail and telephone. Independent travel requirements: up to 25%. Compensation Pay Transparency: For certain California based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $86,500.00 - $114,125.00 For other California based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $79,500.00 - $104,775.00 For Colorado based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $75,500.00 - $99,825.00 For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $79,500.00 - $104,775.00 For other Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for t
