Responsibilities

- Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

- Proficiency in use of a personal computer and current software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and database systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and problem solve effectively.
Requirements

- Familiarity with healthcare or nursing education operations.

- The Assistant works under the supervision of the Manager of Clinical Coordination/Education and collaborates with program directors, faculty, classified staff, and external clinical site representatives.
