Looking for additional hours? You'll also have the opportunity to work up to 40 hours per week during school holidays through our Holiday Club provision. ๐ About the Role As Club Manager, you'll lead a small team to deliver exceptional wraparound care experiences for children after the school day. You'll build positive relationships with children, parents, school staff, and colleagues while ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and activity delivery. From sports and games to arts & crafts, team challenges, and structured play, you'll help create memorable experiences that children look forward to every day. ๐ What You'll Be Doing Create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for children Lead exciting activities including sports, games, arts & crafts, and structured play Plan engaging sessions that are inclusive, age-appropriate, and child-centred Manage, motivate, and support your team to deliver outstanding experiences Build strong relationships with parents, carers, school staff, and colleagues Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies are followed at all times Maintain accurate records and oversee the day-to-day running of the club Encourage positive behaviour, confidence, and independence in children Help create a club environment where every child feels included, valued, and supported โญ What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: A natural leader who is confident, caring, and creative Passionate about working with children Organised and able to manage multiple priorities A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships Enthusiastic, energetic, and proactive Committed to delivering exceptional childcare experiences We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have: A Level 3 Childcare Qualification (desirable) Experience working with children in a childcare, education, or playwork environment Experience leading, supervising, or supporting a team A passion for creating engaging experiences that help children thrive Don't have a Level 3 qualification?
