Key Accountabilities Propel channel initiatives to ensure the completion of business plan Integrate cross-functional support to help channels to extend customer segments such as HNW/ultra-HNW/Mass market/ILP Collaborate with sales and operation team to refine purchase journey and seek possible improvement on UW process which are beneficial to sales result and CX Deliver channel insight to work with Data team to grow repeated sales opportunity for BK/BR and seek more leads sources for DM/VFA Support product strategies based on PCALT direction and channel needs Facilitate strategic partnership, MA review, and IC activity management Lead the analysis and discussion of any tactical solution or new initiatives Qualification: At least 5 to 10 years of experience in the insurance or banking sector Familiar with distribution/channel strategy or management in insurance Strong knowledge in different aspects of insurance business including channel management, product strategy, underwriting & operation process, customer insight and digital solutions Excellent skill of data processing, calculation and analysis on business/sales performance/customers Strong communication/interpersonal skills and team work spirit Fluent language in both English and Chinese Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
